You feel unwelcome as a guest. Very unfriendly hostess. Choice is poor. Definitely not to be recommended.

Quaint, authentic and, above all, delicious with Württemberg hospitality. We recommend!

Tip: Flammkuchen (especially the sweet Flammkuchen with apples and cinnamon sugar - yummy-yummy). Quaint, old economy without frills and a "robust" hostess (hard but hearty ;-)). Go and enjoy !!

I came here by chance and first felt like I had been transferred to another time. Very pleasant here, unfortunately had only cake and coffee. But I was so excited that I come back, not only from the ambience, but also from the cake. I'm glad to have dinner there

A must in Altensteig!

Wonderful historical economy. Who is in Altensteig must visit the Bäck Schwarz. Especially when the action weeks are, then there are delicious Tarte or typical Swabian cuisine like sour tripe with fried potatoes. You should not miss the very good beer, the Schwaben Bräu. The landlady Christa is a class hostess. Therefore clearly 5 stars.

Rustic historic economy with delicious food, even from the wood-burning oven! Beware of tall people, the blankets are very low! Ordinary toilets and a landlady who still remembers the names of their guests!

Quaint pub in a 560-year-old building, nestled in a historic old town. We were very satisfied with the food.

Sweet little business with lovable service. We ate delicious tarte flambee from our own wood oven. There are also vegetarian alternatives. Tired of cardboard and happy. Attention: head pull in very small room height ;-)
